3 Days Fly-in Gorilla Trekking Safari in Uganda  Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 :  Fly to Kisoro airstrip from Entebbe Uganda, and drive to Bwindi national park

The driver guide will welcome you and immediately drive to the Kajjansi airstrip and fly to Kisoro airstrip. The flight will last for not more than 2 hours and on landing, meet our tour representative who will take you to the lodge in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. This park is famous for homing almost half of the mountain gorillas. Dinner will be served after checking in the booked lodge.

Day 2 : Gorilla trekking adventure

This is a day that you have been waiting for a long and it will begin with breakfast at the lodge followed by a drive to the park offices for a briefing exercise with your packed lunch. This time rewards you with a chance to get used to the forest as you know the guidelines to follow while in the forest, materials needed, crosschecking trekking permits, assigning the park ranger guide hiring Porters, and more.

Begin the trek with the guidance of the park ranger with fellow trekkers, spot birds, and plants, and take photos of your choice without a flashlight and this will create memories. As you hike while enjoying the cool breeze of the forest, meet a family of gorillas searching for food, playing while the female gorillas breastfeeding young ones if they have babies and this will create everlasting memories. Head back to the lodge after 3 to 6 hours of gorilla trekking adventure.

Day 3 :  Fly back to Entebbe

Have breakfast at leisure followed by a short drive to Kisoro airstrip where you will fly back to Kajjansi airstrip in Entebbe. The tour will end with a drop-off at any agreed point preferably the airport.
